A very professional service
“During an annual service of our ageing alarm system, Ben noted that our control box was becoming very warm, sufficient to cause a potential fire hazard. We decided to update our alarm system to a wireless system. The company emailed the systems available and the prices for the various maintenance contracts. A call to discuss options was made and a decision was finalised together with a fitting date. Ben the engineer duly arrived on time and fitted the new system efficiently, expertly and tidied up afterwards.”

“Following removal of our old alarm system, DGS quoted for a replacement system, which we were happy to accept. Ben called as arranged to fit the new system, and did an excellent job. He gave a full explanation of what he was going to do before he started, and then checked with us at each stage to ensure we were happy. The job was completed with no mess, and we were given a full explanation of how to use the system.”

My 30 Year Experience with DGS Security Services
“I have been a DGS Security Services customer for 30 years. They have always been helpful on the few occasions that I have needed to speak to a member of the firm. Their annual servicing has been arranged on a mutually agreed date and carried out expeditiously. We moved to our current home 23 years ago and DGS installed the Alarm system very neatly despite the fact that the property had been newly plastered and painted. DGS have just upgraded the system with a new control panel, keypad, back up battery and ‘RISCO’ Cloud and App facility to provide remote access to the control panel.”
